Strategic Plan
The strategic plan that guides Pennsylvania's Court Improvement reform is based directly on the recommendations of the 2005 assessment report, and is regularly updated.
The most recent revision, the 2009-2010 strategic plan, is a short term plan based on those recommendations. The 2006-2011 5-year strategic plan addresses the Reassessment recommendations in a comprehensive way. Some of the prominent action steps are:
- Implement CPCMS Dependency Data/Outcome and Case Management system
- Implement consistent statewide Court Findings & Orders
- Collaborate with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) - Office of Children, Youth & Families (OCYF)
