Shelby Line
Ms. Line's responsibilities include reviewing and analyizing system data, compiling county-specific data reports and working with Local Children's Roundtables to support child welfare reform efforts.
Prior to joining the OCFC, her professional experience has included advocating for child welfare program improvement, developing evaluation criteria and data collection instruments for interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data, assisting in the report preparation of data results, grant administration and policy research and analysis.
She has designed and conducted trainings and workshops on child welfare reform, case management practices and the analysis of data to measure agency performance and outcomes, created corresponding training materials and provided on-site technical assistance.
Ms. Line is a graduate of Kutztown University where she earned a dual degree in Social Work and Psychology.
