PPI Quarterly Reports
The Permanency Practice Initiative (PPI) Quarterly Report is designed to capture data and measure change for counties participating in the PPI. The PPI Quarterly Report will be used to gather statistics on the pernamancy practice initiatives in Phase I, Phase 2 and future PPI Counties. These statistics can be a helpful tool to Local Children's Roundtables to measure progress, indentify areas for improvement and to make informed decisions concerning policies and practices.
Completed reports should be submitted to your assigned OCFC Judicial Program Analyst via email or fax.
1st Quarter Report due April 30th
2nd Quarter Report due July 31st
3rd Quarter Report October 31st
4th Quarter Report January 31st
